Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Principal Actuary to lead complex actuarial analyses, pricing strategies, and modeling initiatives across lines of business. This remote, full-time role collaborates with senior leaders to drive strategic decisions and client pricing while mentoring the actuarial team.

Ideal candidates hold ASA or FSA designation, 8+ years of actuarial experience including healthcare/PBM exposure, and advanced Excel with SAS/SQL/VBA skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with underwriters, Prime teams, and management on pricing initiatives and data analyses
• Lead, manage, and review data analyses, reporting, and projections
• Conduct complex data mining to answer actuarial questions
• Provide strategic pricing advice using market research and modeling
• Present results to stakeholders and clients; answer questions
• Mentor Actuarial team members and strengthen actuarial knowledge
• Monitor Health Policy environment for pricing implications
• Ensure compliance with regulations and actuarial standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
