Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking an experienced actuary to lead pricing initiatives, build complex actuarial models, and provide strategic guidance based on market research and financial projections.

You will collaborate with underwriters, senior management, and clients, presenting analyses and mentoring junior team members while tracking policy developments that affect pricing. Strong Excel, SAS/SQL/VBA skills and US work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Economics or Finance.
• 8 years actuarial work experience, including 6 years in a healthcare organization or PBM.
• Actuarial designation (ASA or FSA).
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with underwriters and senior management on pricing initiatives and RFPs.
• Lead, manage, and review data analyses, reporting, and projections.
• Perform complex pharmacy actuarial modeling and data mining.
• Provide strategic pricing advice using market research and financial projections.
• Present results to stakeholders and clients; answer detailed questions on actuarial data.
• Mentor Actuarial team members and monitor health policy implications.
