Job summary

M3 USA is seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Outreach Strategy & Growth to design and own multi-subsidiary outreach programs. You will craft buyer personas, build targeted contact lists, and run multi‑channel sequences across email and social channels while maintaining brand integrity.

You will collaborate with marketing and BD leads, optimize deliverability, and scale a data-driven pipeline using AI-driven personalization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Certifications in email deliverability or sequencing platforms preferred.
• 7+ years in B2B digital outreach, demand generation, or sales development, with 3+ years owning persona marketing for outbound revenue.
• Experience reaching senior decision makers in healthcare and health systems; recruitment/staffing/physician placement is a plus.
• Hands-on with sequencing platforms (Outreach, Apollo, HubSpot Sequences) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator; CRM integration.
• Knowledge of email authentication and deliverability tools (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI); reporting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a full digital outreach path for each subsidiary and grow target contact lists.
• Run multi-channel outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Coordinate with email deliverability specialists for authentication, IP warming, and inbox placement testing.
• Systematize cross-subsidiary strategy to convert data assets into a repeatable pipeline of qualified conversations.
• Use AI-assisted research and personalization for scalable messaging with brand standards.
• Partner with business leads on target lists, handoffs, cadence, and performance feedback.
• Operate BU’s outreach tech stack and CRM integration, recommend new tools.
• Report weekly on placement, reply rates, and pipeline by subsidiary and persona.
