M3 USA is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Outreach Strategy & Growth to lead multi-subsidiary digital outreach initiatives. You will define buyer personas, build multi-channel sequences, and optimize deliverability to engage senior healthcare decision-makers.

Responsibilities include AI-assisted personalization, cross-functional collaboration with BD and marketing, and managing the outreach tech stack with CRM integrations. Remote role with US-centric scope.

Formación

• 7+ years in B2B digital outreach, demand generation, or sales development.
• Demonstrated success reaching senior decision makers in healthcare or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with sequencing platforms and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Knowledge of email authentication and deliverability basics.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own a full digital outreach path for each subsidiary, identifying decision makers and personas.
• Run multi-channel outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and other channels, tailored by subsidiary.
• Coordinate email deliverability: authentication, IP warming, inbox placement testing, list hygiene.
• Systematize a cross-subsidiary strategy to convert data assets into qualified conversations.
• Use AI-assisted research for personalized outreach at scale with brand guardrails.
• Partner with BD and marketing on target accounts and handoff criteria.
• Operate outreach tech stack and CRM integrations; recommend new tools.
• Report weekly on placement, replies, and pipeline by subsidiary and persona.
