M3USA is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Outreach Strategy & Growth to lead multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn and other digital channels for its healthcare subsidiaries. You will define buyer personas, build target lists, and scale outreach while protecting brand and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications or related field.
• Certifications in email deliverability or sequencing platforms preferred.
• 7+ years in B2B digital outreach, demand generation, or sales development.
• Experience reaching senior decision makers in healthcare or staffing services preferred.
• Familiarity with outreach tools and CRM integration; knowledge of CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and report to executives.

• Build and own a full digital outreach path for each subsidiary by identifying decision makers and personas.
• Run multi-channel outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Coordinate email deliverability, authentication, IP warming, and inbox placement testing.
• Systematize a cross-subsidiary strategy to convert data assets into qualified conversations.
• Use AI-assisted research for personalization while maintaining brand standards.
• Partner with BD and marketing on target accounts, cadence, and messaging performance.
• Operate BU's outreach tech stack and integrate with CRM; suggest new tools.
• Report weekly on placement, replies, and pipeline by subsidiary and persona.
