Job summary

M3 USA is seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Outreach Strategy & Growth to lead the development of a full digital outreach path across subsidiaries. You will identify senior decision makers, define buyer personas, and grow contact lists from verified sources, coordinating multi-channel sequences across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Certification in email deliverability or sequencing platforms preferred.
• 7+ years in B2B digital outreach, demand generation, or sales development.
• Experience reaching senior decision makers in healthcare or related sectors.
• Hands-on experience with sequencing platforms (Outreach, Apollo, HubSpot Sequences).
• Knowledge of email authentication, deliverability monitoring, and inbox placement.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a full digital outreach path for each subsidiary by identifying decision makers and buyer personas.
• Run multi-channel outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn and other channels tailored by subsidiary brands.
• Coordinate with deliverability specialists for domain/IP warming and inbox placement testing.
• Systematize cross-subsidiary strategy to convert proprietary data into a repeatable pipeline.
• Use AI-assisted research for personalized outreach while maintaining brand standards.
• Partner with business development and marketing leads on target accounts and messaging performance.
• Operate BU's outreach tech stack and CRM integration, and recommend new tools.
• Report weekly on placement, reply rates, and pipeline by subsidiary and persona.
