Job summary

M3 USA is hiring a Senior Manager, Digital Outreach Strategy & Growth to lead the design and execution of a national digital outreach program across its US subsidiaries. You will identify decision makers, build targeted buyer personas, and scale multi-channel outreach using email, LinkedIn, and related channels.

Collaboration with marketing and BD leads is essential to optimize account lists and performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B digital outreach, demand generation, or sales development with 3+ years owning persona marketing for outbound revenue
• Demonstrated success reaching senior decision makers in healthcare or related services
• Hands-on experience with sequencing platforms and CRM integration
• Knowledge of email authentication, deliverability monitoring, and inbox placement testing

Responsibilities

• Build and own a full digital outreach path for each subsidiary and grow contact lists
• Run multi-channel outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn and other channels
• Coordinate with deliverability specialists on authentication, warming, and compliance
• Systematize cross-subsidiary strategy to convert data assets into qualified conversations
• Use AI-assisted research for personalization at scale while maintaining brand standards
