Cox Enterprises is seeking a Senior Specialist for Digital Marketing / Communications – Email, SMS & Organic Social. The role is remote within the Eastern or Central Time Zones, with hybrid options near the Atlanta office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline with 4 years of experience, or an equivalent mix.
• Experience in email marketing, SMS, and social media across multiple brands.
• Proven track record of independently executing complex, multi-brand campaigns with measurable improvements.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journeys and deliverability.
• Experience with analytics and building dashboards for cross-channel performance.
• Excellent written communication and ability to present to stakeholders.
• Travel: 5%.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end email campaigns for multiple brands, including segmentation, journey design, QA, deployment, and post-send analysis.
• Design nurture programs and progressive profiling to drive conversion and retention.
• Implement re-engagement campaigns and deliverability monitoring practices.
• Coordinate SMS campaigns, cross-channel orchestration, and timing to prevent audience fatigue.
• Develop organic social strategies and platform-specific content approaches.
• Monitor social listening and publish content calendars aligned with launches.
• Build cross-channel performance dashboards and share actionable insights.
