Job summary
Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Specialist in Digital Marketing / Communications to lead email, SMS, and organic social campaigns for a B2B portfolio. You will manage end-to-end execution, audience segmentation, and performance analysis from the Cox enterprise teams.
This remote/hybrid role requires keeping within Eastern or Central Time Zones and proximity to the Atlanta area for hybrid work. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in digital marketing, expertise in email/SMS, social, and marketing
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 4+ years in digital marketing or related field.
- Proven experience executing multi-brand email, SMS, and social campaigns.
- Strong proficiency with marketing automation, analytics, and deliverability.
- Ability to design journeys, optimize content, and assess performance.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end email campaigns across multiple brands with segmentation and journeys.
- Develop nurture programs and progressive profiling to improve personalization.
- Coordinate SMS campaigns and cross-channel messaging with email.
- Plan and optimize organic social programs across platforms.
- Monitor performance, build dashboards, run A/B tests, and share insights.
