Job summary

Cox Enterprises is seeking a Senior Specialist in Digital Marketing/Communications to own end-to-end email, SMS, and organic social campaigns across a B2B portfolio. You will design journeys, optimize content, and monitor deliverability while collaborating with marketing teams, agencies, and analytics partners.

Ideal candidates will have strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud skills, multi-brand campaign experience, and a proven ability to drive engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 4 years’ experience in a related field.
Experience in digital marketing with a focus on email, SMS, and social across multiple brands.
Proven track record of independently executing complex, multi-brand campaigns with measurable improvements.
Strong proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including campaign setup, journey building, audience segmentation, automation, deliverability management.
Experience with social media management tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
Working knowledge of SMS compliance frameworks (TCPA, carrier guidelines) and delivery optimization.
Proficiency with HTML/CSS for email templating and troubleshooting.
Experience with analytics and reporting tools; ability to build dashboards and extract insights.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools such as Monday.com.
Strong analytical skills to interpret cross-channel performance and optimize strategies.
Excellent written communication and ability to present findings to stakeholders.
Proactive, self-directed approach with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Collaborative mindset across cross-functional teams, agencies, and stakeholders.
Travel: 5%.

Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end email campaigns for multiple brands, including audience segmentation, journey design, template development, QA, deployment, and post-send analysis.
Design nurture programs for different audience segments and lifecycle stages to drive conversion and retention.
Implement progressive profiling to enrich contact data and improve personalization.
Run re-engagement campaigns testing content, subject lines, and send timing.
Recommend new email strategies, content formats, and automation approaches to boost engagement.
Monitor deliverability including sender reputation and ISP feedback loops.
Execute SMS campaigns across brands including compliance management and delivery optimization.
Coordinate SMS and email orchestration for cross-channel messaging and timing.
Design trigger-based SMS programs for time-sensitive updates and lifecycle events.
Monitor carrier-level delivery performance and resolve issues by carrier.
Identify new SMS capabilities and emerging messaging tech for test proposals and implementation.
Execute social campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), with platform-specific content approaches and social listening.
Coordinate organic social calendars with campaigns and product launches.
Report on organic social performance with data-driven improvement recommendations.
Develop cross-channel performance dashboards to track trends and campaign effectiveness.
Conduct A/B and multivariate tests across channels and share learnings.
