Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline; 4 years’ experience or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end email campaigns for multiple brands, including segmentation and post-send analysis.
• Design nurture programs and progressive profiling for personalization.
• Coordinate SMS and email orchestration to optimize cross-channel messaging.
• Monitor deliverability and implement improvements to sender reputation.
• Develop organic social strategies and calendars across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
• Analyze performance and build cross-channel dashboards to inform decisions.
• Perform A/B and multivariate tests across channels and document insights.
