Job summary

Cox Enterprises is seeking a Senior Specialist, Digital Marketing / Communications – Email, SMS & Organic Social. This remote role requires residence within the Eastern or Central Time Zones, with hybrid options near the Atlanta office.

You will independently run end-to-end campaigns for multiple brands, spanning email, SMS, and organic social, with a focus on engagement, deliverability, and optimization. You’ll collaborate with marketing teams, analytics, and agency partners to translate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or closely related field with strong experience.
• 4+ years in digital marketing with email, SMS and/or social execution across multiple brands.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including journey building and deliverability management.
• Experience with social media management tools and platform scheduling.
• Strong analytics, reporting, and ability to build performance dashboards.
• Proficient in HTML/CSS for email templates and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end email campaigns across multiple brands including segmentation, journeys, templates, QA, deployment and post-send analysis.
• Design nurture programs and progressive engagement sequences across lifecycle stages.
• Implement progressive profiling to enhance personalization in email campaigns.
• Run SMS campaigns with audience targeting, compliance, and delivery optimization.
• Coordinate cross-channel orchestration to optimize timing and sequencing of emails, SMS, and social.
• Monitor deliverability, sender reputation, and ISP feedback loops; adjust strategies accordingly.
• Develop organic social content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms; monitor performance and trends.
• Create and maintain cross-channel performance dashboards; conduct A/B and multivariate tests across channels.
