You will design journeys, optimize content, test, and analyze performance, partnering with multiple teams to drive engagement and deliverability.

The role requires deep expertise in email, SMS, and social execution, with ability to run multi-brand programs and contribute to channel innovation and roadmaps.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 4 years of experience.
• Experience in digital marketing with email, SMS, and social campaigns.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and deliverability management.
• Ability to build dashboards and analyze cross‑channel performance.

Aufgaben

• Execute end-to-end email campaigns across multiple brands, including segmentation, journey design, content optimization, QA, deployment, and post-send analysis.
• Design nurture programs and progressive profiling to increase engagement.
• Implement re-engagement campaigns and test subject lines and timing for recovery.
• Coordinate SMS and email orchestration to optimize cross‑channel messaging sequences.
• Provide cross‑channel performance dashboards and insights to improve campaigns.
• Develop and test A/B and multivariate approaches across channels.
