Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to own security of our global eSIM platform. You’ll lead security across the SDLC, champion CI/CD security, and automate defenses to protect millions of travellers.

You will work on AWS, Kubernetes, and container security, with on‑call rotation and a focus on threat modelling, vulnerability remediation, and incident response in a fast‑paced, fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 5+ years in DevSecOps or Security Engineering with cloud security focus.
• 3+ years with AWS services including IAM and container orchestration.
• 2+ years Kubernetes experience securing clusters and deployments.
• Strong knowledge of SAST/DAST, API security, and vulnerability remediation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage security across the SDLC with CI/CD pipelines.
• Promote security best practices across engineering, DevOps, SRE, and IT teams.
• Identify and remediate vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10) in apps and cloud services.
• Develop monitoring and alerting to detect incidents in real-time.
• Lead security policy, controls, and audit readiness for SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR.
