Job summary
Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, DevOps to lead the DevOps function within our Operations and Platform Management organization, owning strategy, architecture, and operational execution of the DevOps foundation for our energy management platform.
The role requires building a high-performing team, establishing scalable, secure automation across cloud and edge environments, and partnering with Engineering, SRE, Security, Architecture, Product, and Operations to improve delivery,
Qualifications
- 10+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or related roles.
- Proven leadership of high-performing engineering teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration.
- Deep knowledge of GitOps, CI/CD, IaC, and deployment automation.
- Experience with security, compliance, and auditability in regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute DevOps strategy, roadmap, and standards.
- Lead and mentor a DevOps/Platform Engineering team.
- Drive secure, automated CI/CD pipelines across cloud and edge.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Product to align priorities.
- Establish KPIs, governance, and incident response processes.
