Responsibilities include leading a skilled DevOps team, defining a long-term technical vision, delivering practical roadmaps, and ensuring reliability and governance for production infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience leading DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering teams with hands-on technical depth.
• Ability to define and articulate a multi-year technical vision and sell it to engineering and executives.
• Track record of turning vision into practical, bottom-up execution plans.
• 10+ years experience instilling DevOps practices and proactive monitoring culture.
• Experience standing up or scaling configuration management and automation practices with technical debt.
• Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes), GitOps deployments, and modern monitoring tools.
• Solid familiarity with legacy virtualization, storage, or cloud orchestration platforms.
• Experience supporting AI/ML infrastructure or GPU-backed workloads.
• Familiarity with certificate management at scale.
• Data center, colocation, or cloud infrastructure operator background.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing DevOps and software engineering team while guiding technical execution and governance.
• Define and drive the technical vision for automation and AI infrastructure with incremental roadmaps.
• Build mature infrastructure automation through configuration management and repeatable deployment processes.
• Drive adoption of event-driven automation, self-healing systems, and comprehensive monitoring.
• Establish scalable platforms for orchestration, GitOps, monitoring, security, and disaster recovery for AI workloads.
• Maintain stability of legacy systems while shifting focus to automation and AI-enabled platforms.
