Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, Cloud Infrastructure or related fields.
• 3+ years directly managing DevOps/platform/infrastructure teams.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing technical teams.
• Strong background in CI/CD, GitOps, automation, cloud platforms, and container orchestration.
• Expert knowledge of GitOps principles and tools such as Argo CD or Flux.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins.
• Deep experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration across cloud/edge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a DevOps and platform engineering team for cloud and edge infrastructure.
• Define DevOps strategy, operating model, roadmap, priorities, and standards.
• Drive automation, reliability, security, scalability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage team capacity, performance, and career development.
• Align DevOps priorities with product roadmaps and business objectives.
• Establish measurable DevOps KPIs and service-level metrics.
• Promote governance, documentation, and training of DevOps practices.
• Own CI/CD and GitOps architecture for Azure cloud and edge Kubernetes deployments.
• Implement IaC practices using Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, or similar.
• Ensure secure, auditable, compliant pipelines (SAST/DAST, SBOM, etc.).
• Partner with Architecture and Engineering to scale platform capabilities.
