Job summary

Children & Nature Network is seeking a strategic Development operations professional to support a growing fundraising program. You will manage donor/funder data, lead moves management, and prepare high‑quality briefings for major conversations.

You will also oversee individual donor campaigns and assist with grant proposals, coordinating with program staff. This remote role offers growth opportunities as the team expands, with emphasis on developing operations, systems, and fundraising processes

Qualifications

• Experience with moves management and donor/funder pipelines is required.
• Proficiency with CRM and project management systems (LGL and Asana preferred).
• Strong writing skills for donor communications and grant support.
• Comfort with digital workflows and tools (Google Workspace a plus).
• Willingness to work in a fully remote, collaboratively virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Own donor and funder data and CRM workflow.
• Lead moves-management tracking from initial contact to stewardship.
• Prepare briefings for major donor/funder conversations.
• Manage and grow the individual donor program: appeals, campaigns, renewals, stewardship.
• Support proposal writing and coordinate grant submissions and reports.
