Partnership for Public Service is seeking a Senior Manager, Development - California. This fully remote role covers California fundraising from high-net-worth individuals and select foundations, with regional travel and collaboration with the CEO, senior executives and board members.

A strong focus on major solicitations and strategic donor relations is required. The role starts with a portfolio of ~40 California funders and prospects, with opportunities to expand as California programming

Formación

• Seven years of progressively responsible fundraising, business development or sales experience.
• Two years of experience cultivating, soliciting and stewarding individual donors of $10,000 or more.
• Experience with prospect research.
• Foundation grants of $50,000+ preferred.
• Familiarity with donor relationship management systems; Salesforce preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategies to secure support from 40+ California funders and prospects, soliciting individuals and foundations.
• Identify and cultivate new California donors and foundations for programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with California donors and prospects; design cultivation events to raise the Partnership’s profile.
• Contribute input into revenue targets and strategies for California programs.
• Draft concept papers, grant proposals and reports as required.
• Maintain Salesforce and ensure notes and information are captured accurately.
