The role drives consensus demand reviews, translating market signals into forecast assumptions, and partners with Supply Planning to balance risk, opportunity, and regulatory considerations in a US remote environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in demand planning or related supply chain roles.
• Proven track record of managing demand forecasts across diverse products and markets.
• Experience leading consensus demand reviews and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in statistical forecasting and performance analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP and advanced planning tools; strong Excel skills preferred.
• Experience in regulated environments such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand plan for assigned products across various planning horizons.
• Lead monthly demand reviews to align stakeholders on forecasts and assumptions.
• Analyze demand data and market trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Communicate forecast performance metrics and coordinate corrective actions.
• Develop scenarios to support business decisions and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning to manage demand changes and priorities.
• Facilitate fact-based decision-making among stakeholders with differing views.
