Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in demand planning or related supply chain roles.
• Proven track record of managing demand forecasts across diverse products and markets.
• Experience leading consensus demand reviews and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in statistical forecasting and performance analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP and advanced planning tools; strong Excel skills preferred.
• Experience in regulated environments such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals is a plus.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Demand Planner to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will own demand planning for assigned products across multiple planning horizons, helping ensure forecast accuracy and alignment with business needs. The Sr. Demand Planner will lead consensus-driven demand reviews, translate market signals into actionable forecast assumptions, and partner closely with Supply Planning and other stakeholders. The position plays a key role in balancing risk, opportunity, and capacity considerations in a regulated healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $103,000 – $134,000 annually
