Job summary

Fractal Analytics is seeking a highly analytical Demand Planner to support forecasting and planning for consumer products across markets and channels. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Channel Operations, and Finance to translate demand signals into actionable forecasts.

The role focuses on developing forecasts, assessing forecast accuracy, supporting S&OP and launches, and working with large datasets to guide inventory and supply decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in demand planning or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Economics, Analytics, or related discipline.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Experience analyzing sales, demand, inventory, or operational data.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with forecasting and basic statistical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts across products, markets, customers and channels.
• Track forecast accuracy and bias, and investigate misses.
• Support NPI and product launches with launch forecasts.
• Prepare data and analyses for monthly S&OP processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Channel Ops and Finance to reflect market intelligence.
