Job summary

FuseGlobal is seeking a Senior Demand Planning Specialist to manage the Demand Plan for a US-based role with remote flexibility. You will lead data integrity, forecast accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations.

The role emphasizes development and deployment of demand planning processes, reporting, and monthly planning cycles, with an emphasis on data-driven decision making. Remote work from the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in demand or supply planning preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Master Data in planning systems to reduce errors.
• Generate and maintain a Demand Plan at product and time levels.
• Monitor and improve demand planning KPIs and forecast bias.
• Leverage planning tools to support exception-based management.
• Support Monthly Business Planning with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and present Demand Plan outcomes to leadership.
• Ensure latest Demand Plan is accessible to internal partners.
• Collaborate with Supply for discontinuations and reformulations.
