Job summary

One North seeks an Associate Director, Delivery Services to lead complex digital and creative engagements and to develop delivery teams, while scaling best practices. This role partners with client stakeholders and practice leaders to ensure smooth planning-to-execution and builds long-term client relationships on key accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital project or account management, fast-paced environment (agency experience preferred).
• Proven people management and team development experience.
• Strong business acumen; build business cases and translate needs into solutions.
• Experience estimating scope, managing budgets, and monitoring burn.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and creative production workflows.
• Experience communicating with senior leaders and executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects.
• Self-aware leader who seeks feedback and drives continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a delivery team across experience levels; manage staffing and risk.
• Oversee engagement execution, ensuring alignment with statements of work and contracts.
• Manage project burn, budgets, and financial performance across engagements.
• Oversee resourcing, onboarding, capacity planning, and performance management.
• Conduct regular status checks with contractor resources and client stakeholders.
• Collect feedback from clients and act on improvements to service delivery.
• Review engagements to identify process improvements and cross‑practice opportunities.
• Contribute to actionable methodologies to assess delivery effectiveness.
