Job summary

One North is seeking an Engagement Manager II to support production teams and lead the client relationship on specific engagements. You will partner with client stakeholders, internal leads, and leadership to ensure smooth movement of work while building strong client relationships.

The role requires strong project management, client-facing skills, and deep knowledge of digital marketing and technology. You will oversee creative production processes and thrive in a high-volume,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a digital or creative project manager in a fast-paced production environment.
• Experience managing multiple direct reports including performance reviews and training.
• Strong business acumen to develop a business case and translate requirements into solutions.
• Experience estimating project scope, managing budgets and burn.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for internal and client stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor a team with diverse digital/creative skillsets and seniority levels.
• Hold regular team meetings; ensure deliverables are on-track and risks are escalated.
• Oversee resource management with Account and Recruiting teams (hiring, onboarding, capacity planning).
• Review program workflows to identify optimization and improve team performance.
• Lead business reviews with senior management and client stakeholders.
