Job summary

One North is seeking a Delivery Lead to manage day-to-day activities for multiple services engagements in a fast-paced consulting environment across the U.S. and Canada.

The role emphasizes leadership of people, processes, and technology to deliver value and improve delivery outcomes. Based in Chicago, San Francisco Bay area, or remote locations, you will coordinate with project managers, oversee risk management and budgeting, drive contract compliance, and support continuous improvement through

Qualifications

• Experience in project management fundamentals and reporting across portfolios.
• Knowledge of change control and contracting processes.
• Familiar with professional services agreements and ITIL or PMP certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand project vision from customer requirements and technical needs.
• Facilitate solution delivery teams for new engagements and internal communication.
• Consolidate project status and budget information across project portfolios.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, manage risk and scope, and deliver per contracts.
• Ensure escalation procedures are documented and communicated to clients and teams.
• Support knowledge management and change control processes.
• Identify and coordinate the change control process.
