Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in a marketing agency.
• Experience managing a variety of clients and deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing and developing direct reports.
• Hands-on experience executing campaigns across different areas of digital marketing (AEO, SEO, paid media, paid search, social, programmatic, etc.).
• The ability to translate high-level strategy into clear, actionable execution plans.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A self-motivated, problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Ownership: Owning the execution and delivery of marketing initiatives across a pod of clients, ensuring work is completed on time and on budget.
• Account Ownership: Serving as the delivery lead on a variety of accounts, where scope, management, and campaign success require experienced perspective and judgment.
• People Leadership: Managing and developing direct reports, including coaching, feedback, and career growth support.
• Strategy Translation & Planning: Owning execution planning for multi-channel engagements, including sequencing work, allocating resources, and risk-managing delivery.
• Hands-On Campaign Execution: Actively contributing to production of campaigns across channels and ensuring work moves forward efficiently.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Tracking campaign performance, identifying trends, and proactively implementing optimizations.
• Client Collaboration & Communication: Participating in client meetings with updates, insights, and tactical recommendations.
• Strategic Contribution: Partnering with Strategic Advisors, pressure-testing strategy against execution reality, shaping the roadmap, and identifying opportunities for account growth.
