Job summary

DEPT is seeking an Associate Directory, Delivery to drive successful execution of high-value digital experiences across web, product, and brand engagements. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure on-time delivery, and advocate for process efficiency and creative excellence.

You will own end-to-end delivery, manage risks, and align stakeholders while upholding quality standards and financial discipline across initiatives worth $500K–$1M+.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in digital project or program management
• Experience leading multi-track digital engagements
• Strong understanding of UX/UI workflows and digital build processes
• Familiarity with agile, waterfall and hybrid approaches

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership & Management: manage mid-sized to large digital projects with budgets from $500K to $1M+ across websites, platforms, content and campaigns
• Process Improvement & Team Collaboration: streamline workflows and evolve delivery processes
• Client & Stakeholder Relations: act as a key client point of contact, prepare agendas, document decisions
• Peer Support & Knowledge Sharing: contribute to delivery improvement and accountability across peers
