Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Information Systems and Technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems or related field or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Take a lead role with customers and cross-functional teams to capture capability needs and drive data and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate across project phases to deliver data-driven insights and dashboards.
• Provide SME support for complex issues and ensure quality delivery across systems.
