enGen is seeking a Data Analyst to support business product life cycles with data sets, reporting dashboards, and analytical deliverables. You will work with customers and cross-functional teams to translate needs into detailed data requirements and ensure quality delivery.

You will mentor junior analysts, analyze market trends for insights, and contribute to strategic data solutions across multiple systems and processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems or related field or relevant experience.
• Education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor’s degree.
• Master's degree is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead role with customers, Data Software Engineers, Data Architects and team members to capture capability needs and deliver data solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data challenges and drive insights.
• Provide SME support for project and production activities on complex issues.
• Ensure compliance for required standards and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Interface with business areas, customers, vendors, and teams to drive value and ROI.
• Lead requirements testing, plan and defect management to minimize production defects.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and document requirements and status.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic direction in Data, Product and Technology.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
