Job summary

enGen is seeking a seasoned Data Analyst leader to drive complex data and reporting initiatives. You will mentor junior analysts, collaborate with data engineers and architects, and guide requirements from discovery through delivery.

This role focuses on high-impact capabilities with regulatory risk awareness. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in information systems, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience in healthcare/insurance domains is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Information Systems and Technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems or related field.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis and reporting initiatives for complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Software Engineers, Data Architects, and Capability Managers.
• Provide SME input on data and reporting enhancements across multiple systems.
• Ensure compliance with required standards and approvals throughout project lifecycles.
• Communicate project status and facilitate requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews.
• Provide thought leadership in Data, Product and Technology Solutions.
