enGen seeks a seasoned Data Analyst to support business products life cycle, enabling capabilities and analytics across cross-functional teams. You will translate requirements into data sets, operational reports, and dashboards while mentoring junior analysts and ensuring quality delivery.

You will identify risks, work with customers to define testing and documentation, and provide strategic direction in data and technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in Information Systems and Technology.
• 3 years of Lean/Six Sigma experience.
• 3 years of experience in Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry.

Responsabilités

• Lead role with customers and cross-functional teams to capture capability needs and drive data solutions.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver data-driven insights and ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide SME guidance for projects and production activities on complex issues.
• Ensure compliance for required standards and approvals throughout the lifecycle.
• Interface with stakeholders to drive value and ROI, including vendor solutions where beneficial.
• Support testing activities and defect management to minimize production defects.
• Communicate project status and document requirements clearly to all parties.
• Provide strategic direction in Data, Product and Technology Solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
