Job summary

enGen seeks a data-focused professional to support analytical capabilities across multiple business products. You will translate complex business needs into data sets, operational reports, and dashboards, collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery and data integrity.

You will mentor junior analysts, drive capabilities with consideration of regulatory risk, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Information Systems and Technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience as determined by the company.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take a lead role with customers and cross-functional teams to capture capability needs and deliver data solutions.
• Collaborate across project phases to identify data-related challenges and drive data-driven insights.
• Provide SME input for complex issues and ensure compliance through the project lifecycle.
• Interface with business areas, customers, partners, and vendors to deliver value and ROI.
• Lead requirements testing activities and analyze results to minimize production defects.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and conduct requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews.
• Provide strategic direction in Data, Product and Technology Solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
