Job summary

enGen is seeking an experienced data analytics professional to support business product life cycles through data sets, reports, and analytical deliverables. You will translate high-level business needs into detailed requirements for new capabilities and manage risk, defects, and regulatory considerations.

You will mentor associates, collaborate with Data Software Engineers and Data Architects, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery of analytical dashboards and performance

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Information Systems and Technology.
• 3 years of Lean/Six Sigma experience.
• 3 years of Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Take a lead role with customers and cross-functional teams to capture capability needs and drive data and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate across project phases to identify data-related challenges and deliver data-driven insights.
• Provide SME support for complex issues in projects and production activities.
• Ensure compliance with required standards and approvals throughout the lifecycle.
• Interface with business areas, customers, partners, vendors, and teams to drive value and ROI.
