Job summary

enGen is seeking a data analyst to support analytical aspects of business products and services life cycle. You will translate high-level needs into data sets, reports, and dashboards, mentoring junior analysts and collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams.

You will lead complex projects, manage risks, and ensure quality delivery while navigating regulatory considerations and data integration across systems.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Information Systems and Technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master’s preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma and PMP certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take a lead role with customers, Data Software Engineers, Data Architects, and others to capture capability needs and drive data and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data challenges across project phases and deliver data-driven insights.
• Provide SME-level input for project and production activities on complex issues, including strategic programs.
• Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Interface with customers, partners, vendors, and teams to drive value and ROI, exploring vendor solutions when beneficial.
