Job summary
Ladders seeks a Senior Integration Analyst to lead enterprise data analysis, strengthen data quality, and define governance practices for trusted data products in a healthcare setting. You will work across systems and stakeholders to resolve identity and lineage questions and ensure accurate, well-documented data for operational and analytical decisions.
The role is remote with collaboration across teams, requiring deep experience in healthcare data, SQL on Snowflake, and governance practices.
Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise data analysis to improve data quality and governance.
- Ability to document standards and facilitate cross-functional decisions.
- Knowledge of healthcare data structures, workflows, and privacy requirements (HIPAA).
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise data analysis initiatives to identify data quality risks and establish integration standards.
- Resolve complex cross-system data relationships and document lineage.
- Own design and governance of source-to-target mappings for data domains.
- Serve as steward for metadata and governance assets within the data catalog.
- Participate in establishing business acceptance criteria for enterprise data products.
- Lead validation and certification of critical identifiers across datasets.
- Conduct enterprise-level trend analysis to identify systemic data quality challenges.
