Job summary

Ladders seeks a Director of Global Master Data Management & Data Governance for a remote leadership role in the Healthcare space. You will shape the enterprise data foundation and ensure high-quality master data across global operations, partnering with business, technology, and operations to set governance standards.

You will lead the MDM team, drive metrics, and push process and systems improvements that boost efficiency and decision-making, coordinating with stakeholders to define data system

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business or IT required; MBA or MS is a plus.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Prior people management experience.
• Experience creating master data management strategies.
• Proven track record of leading teams to achieve quality improvements.
• Strong project management and testing strategy skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the global master data management data landscape.
• Lead continuous assessment of master data management systems and landscape priorities.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the master data management team.
• Establish metrics for process improvements across master data management domains.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define requirements for data systems.
• Drive systems improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.
• Communicate issues and opportunities to management.
