Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director of Product Management for an Enterprise Data Platform to lead strategy, governance, and data sharing across the organization. This role translates business needs into platform capabilities and owns a multi-year roadmap, partnering with Data Engineering and Architecture to align priorities with business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in product management, data platform, data engineering, or data architecture roles, including 5+ years in technical product management for data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake as a technical practitioner or product owner.
• Strong knowledge of modern data architecture concepts, including data mesh and dimensional modeling.
• Experience leading intake and prioritization processes for enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define capabilities for the enterprise data foundation, including data sharing and access controls
• Set the vision and multi-year roadmap for the data platform
• Own the intake and prioritization process for platform initiatives, balancing business value and urgency
• Drive platform delivery by collaborating with Data Engineering and Architecture teams
• Build alignment across stakeholders while ensuring platform controls are maintained
