Crowe is seeking an experienced Senior Data Architect – Associate Director to lead enterprise information architecture and BIDW strategies. You will shape the data architecture vision and deliver BI data warehouse solutions, guiding teams and aligning with Crowe's strategic goals.

You will mentor engineers, drive best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to maximize value from data assets across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 6+ years of experience with SQL.
• 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, and reporting.
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and M language.
• 2+ years of experience with Python.
• 4+ years of experience managing projects from inception to execution.

Responsibilities

• Establish and deliver the enterprise information architecture vision for enterprise-level solutions.
• Lead BI and Data Warehouse (BIDW) initiatives, including data warehouse governance and BI tooling.
• Develop team strategy, roadmaps, and resource plans for BIDW.
• Collaborate with data stakeholders to align architecture with business goals.
• Mentor data engineers and developers; drive adoption and value realization of BIDW assets.
