Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Senior Data Architect - Associate Director to lead the BIDW and enterprise information architecture for the firm. You will shape the BI strategy, oversee the data warehouse, and guide a growing team to deliver high-value analytics.

In this role you’ll collaborate with business and IT leaders to translate strategic needs into scalable data architectures, set roadmaps, and ensure governance, quality, and timely delivery across projects.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SQL experience.
• 4+ years BI data warehousing and analytics.
• 4+ years Power BI, DAX, Power Query and M language.

Responsibilities

• Own BIDW team results and ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead enterprise data architecture and BI strategy aligned with business goals.
• Define team roadmaps and manage resources and timelines.
• Mentor data engineers and developers to grow skills.
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate needs into data solutions.
• Ensure governance and QA for BI Data Warehouse.
