Job summary

Crowe is seeking an Senior Data Architect - Associate Director to establish and deliver the enterprise information architecture vision for enterprise-level BI and data warehouse solutions. You will lead the BIDW team, drive strategic goals, and ensure timely delivery while mentoring engineers and aligning BI initiatives with Crowe's business strategy.

The role requires 6+ years of SQL, 4+ years Power BI, and strong leadership in data transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data/Information Science, Information Systems, Mathematics (or other related fields)
• 6+ years of experience with SQL
• 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, and reporting
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and M language
• 2+ years of experience with Python (or other programming languages)
• 4+ years of experience managing projects from inception to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIDW and BI teams; develop strategy, roadmaps, and timelines for delivery.
• Deliver enterprise BI, data warehouse solutions, and governance for BI data assets.
• Mentor developers, data engineers, and managers; guide career growth.
