Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Senior Data Architect - Associate Director to lead the BI and Data Warehouse strategy across the enterprise. You will establish the enterprise information architecture vision and manage BI/Data Transformation initiatives with a focus on delivering measurable business value.

You will guide the BIDW team, mentor engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, quality, and alignment with Crowe's strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6+ years of experience with SQL.
• 4+ years of experience in BI, data analysis, and reporting.
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and M language.
• 2+ years of experience with Python (or other programming languages).
• 4+ years of experience managing projects from inception to execution.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of and accountability for successful results of the Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence teams within Data Transformation.
• Thought leadership in enterprise data architecture with new technologies and patterns applicable to Crowe data.
• Development of team strategy, roadmaps, timelines, and resource assignment for the BIDW team.
• Collaborate with business leaders to deliver value from data warehouse and BI investments.
• Ultimate ownership for team delivery quality and schedule; deliver value in a timely manner.
