Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Senior Data Architect - Associate Director to lead the enterprise BI and BIDW programs. You will shape the enterprise information architecture, manage the BIDW team, and collaborate with executives to align data solutions with Crowe’s strategic goals.

You will drive data governance, architecture, and delivery, mentor a diverse team of data professionals, and influence investment decisions in Crowe’s data landscape, enabling scalable and impactful BI across the firm.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
6+ years of SQL experience.
4+ years of BI, data analysis, and reporting experience.
4+ years with Microsoft Power BI (DAX, Power Query, M).
2+ years of Python or similar languages.
4+ years of experience managing projects from inception to execution.

Responsibilities

Own and lead BIDW and BI team delivery quality and schedule.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the BI/Data Transformation team.
Collaborate with firm leaders to understand strategic data needs and plan capacity.
Define and maintain best practices for BI and Data Warehousing.
Ensure adoption and value realization from data solutions.
