Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, data analytics, information systems or related field.
• 6+ years of SQL experience.
• 4+ years in BI, data analysis and reporting.
• 4+ years with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, M).
• 2+ years with Python (or similar).
• 4+ years in project management from inception to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIDW team and ensure timely delivery of BI projects.
• Develop enterprise information architecture vision and governance.
• Collaborate with Data Transformation leaders on goals and capacity.
• Mentor BI and data engineering team members.
• Define KPIs and monitor adoption and value realization.
