Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience with SQL.
• 4+ years in Business Intelligence, data analysis, and reporting.
• 4+ years with Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and M language.
• 2+ years with Python (or other programming languages).
• 4+ years of experience managing projects from inception to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIDW and BI teams, delivering enterprise data solutions.
• Develop team strategy, roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans.
• Mentor data engineers and developers to grow careers.
