Crowe is seeking a Senior Data Architect – Associate Director to lead enterprise BI, data warehouse delivery, and BIDW strategy. You will shape the enterprise information architecture, mentor the BIDW team, and drive design, governance, and delivery across Crowe's BI initiatives.

You will collaborate with Head of Data and business stakeholders to ensure value realization, adopt best practices, and align with Crowe's strategic goals. This senior role emphasizes leadership and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data/Information Science, Information Systems, Mathematics (or other related fields)
• 6+ years of experience with SQL
• 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, and reporting
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and M language.
• 2+ years of experience with Python (or other programming languages)
• 4+ years of experience managing projects from inception to execution.

Responsabilités

• Establish and deliver the enterprise information architecture vision for enterprise‑level BI solutions.
• Lead BIDW team delivery, roadmap, and governance for data warehouses and BI platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into BI and data architecture initiatives.
• Mentor and coach team members, promote best practices, and ensure timely delivery.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data/Information Science, Information Systems, Mathematics (or other related fields)

6+ years of experience with SQL

4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, and reporting

4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and M language

2+ years of experience with Python
