Stride, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to partner with school executives and leaders to define KPIs, analyze funding and enrollment dynamics, and translate requirements into scalable models using Python and SQL.

You will develop dashboards and reports, validate data, and deliver decision-support tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and support strategic decisions in a remote, nationwide role.

Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years of experience in data analytics, financial analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and proficiency in Python for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business rules or policies into structured calculations and analytical models.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience working with business stakeholders and senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Partner with school executives and stakeholders to understand key performance drivers and analytical needs.
• Translate funding methodologies and compliance requirements into scalable analytical solutions using Python/SQL.
• Develop and maintain datasets, reports, and dashboards supporting KPIs, enrollment, retention, and forecasting.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
