Swoon is seeking a Data Analyst to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders. In this remote role (US-based), you will partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to build dashboards and analytics tools that drive strategic decisions.

You will conduct deep-dive analyses, forecast trends, perform KPI reporting, and support A/B testing while translating results into practical recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, statistical analysis, forecasting, or related field.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, DAX, Python and/or R, along with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience building Power BI and/or Tableau dashboards and presenting data-driven insights to leadership.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, forecasting, ROI/attribution, and large datasets.

• Partner with business leaders and C-suite stakeholders to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses, root-cause analysis, forecasting, and KPI reporting to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support A/B testing and advanced analytics initiatives, translating results into recommendations for the business.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Reporting, and cross-functional teams on data needs, automation, and analytics capabilities.
