Straive is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to turn numbers into actionable insights about people and costs. You will build reports and financial models from company data, partnering with U.S. leaders while working remotely in U.S. business hours with excellent English.

The role emphasizes dashboards in Power BI and Advanced Excel, hiring cost projections, and clear data storytelling. You will ensure reports are accurate, leverage AI and automation, and own your projects with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, IT, HR, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, workforce tracking, or financial modeling.
• Expert-level skills in Advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Good understanding of workforce terms (headcount, labor costs, turnover).
• Ability to work independently from home during U.S. night shifts.
• Fluent, professional English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Build charts & dashboards: Create and update easy-to-read reports and dashboards using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
• Predict hiring & costs: Build models to help the company plan future hiring, calculate employee costs, and measure team productivity.
• Explain data simply: Turn complicated spreadsheets into clear summaries with recommendations for company leaders.
• Check for accuracy: Review data to ensure all reports are 100% accurate and error-free.
• Use AI & automation: Use AI tools and automation to speed up work and reduce manual reporting.
• Solve problems independently: Take ownership of projects and fix data issues with minimal supervision.
