• Partner with school executives and leaders to identify drivers, state funding, compliance, enrollment, retention, and analytical needs.
• Translate complex funding rules into mathematical models using Python and SQL.
• Develop and maintain datasets, reports, dashboards, and models for funding, compliance, enrollment, forecasting, and decision support.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and drivers across schools and student lifecycles.
